Getting Started

PrintLogic.Ai is a universal workflow automation platform designed for commercial print shops. The Chrome extension allows you to quickly capture and process information from any webpage directly into your PrintLogic workflows.

Chrome Extension Installation

  1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store
  2. Click the PrintLogic.Ai icon in your browser toolbar
  3. Sign in with your PrintLogic.Ai account
  4. You're ready to use the extension on any webpage

How to Use the Extension

  1. Navigate to a webpage with information you want to process (customer email, order details, etc.)
  2. Click the PrintLogic.Ai extension icon in your browser toolbar
  3. Select the relevant text on the page (optional - you can also process the entire page)
  4. Choose a workflow from the extension popup
  5. Review and submit the processed information

Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn't the extension working on some websites?
Some websites may restrict browser extensions for security reasons. Additionally, the extension cannot access Chrome internal pages (chrome://) or the Chrome Web Store. If you encounter issues on a specific site, please contact support.
How do I update the extension?
Chrome automatically updates extensions. You can also manually check for updates by going to chrome://extensions, enabling "Developer mode", and clicking "Update".
I'm having trouble signing in to the extension
Make sure you're using the same email and password as your PrintLogic.Ai account. If you're still having trouble, try signing out of the web app at app.printlogic.ai and signing back in, then retry the extension.
Can I use the extension with multiple accounts?
The extension supports one account at a time. To switch accounts, sign out from the extension popup and sign in with a different account.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and stored securely. The extension only accesses page content when you explicitly use it - we never track your browsing history. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I uninstall the extension?
Right-click the PrintLogic.Ai icon in your toolbar and select "Remove from Chrome", or go to chrome://extensions and click "Remove" on the PrintLogic.Ai extension.

Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing issues, try these steps:

  1. Refresh the page - Sometimes a simple refresh resolves the issue
  2. Sign out and sign in - This refreshes your authentication session
  3. Clear browser cache - Go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data
  4. Reinstall the extension - Remove and reinstall from the Chrome Web Store
  5. Check for updates - Ensure you have the latest version of Chrome
