By accessing or using PrintLogic.Ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

PrintLogic.Ai provides workflow automation software for commercial print shops, including web application, Chrome extension, and Outlook add-in (collectively, the "Services"). The Service includes features for job management, workflow automation, customer communication, and production tracking.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate, complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

5. Subscription and Payment

The Service operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvements.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your critical data

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency maintenance or security updates
• Events beyond our control (force majeure)

8. Intellectual Property

PrintLogic.Ai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth, shipping carriers, payment processors). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
• You may request a data export before deletion

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintLogic.Ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Data you submit to the Service

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PrintLogic.Ai
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control
